01Delete in the app (fastest)

You can permanently delete your ZOR account and data directly in the app - no email, no waiting, no retention period:

02Delete by email

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, email support@joinzor.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify the request and delete your account, and confirm once it is done. We respond within 30 days; in practice it is usually much faster.

03What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes everything associated with your account:

• Your profile - goals, body stats, dietary preferences, and settings
• Workout history, sets, reps, and personal records
• Meal logs, nutrition history, and water tracking
• Streaks and activity history
• AI coach conversations and coach memory
• Performance reports
• Progress photos (both records and the image files themselves)
• Feedback, preferences, and referral records
• Any public challenge card you published
• Duels you took part in, including all of your entries
• Your email/password sign-in credentials

Deletion is immediate and irreversible - there is no recovery window, and we cannot restore a deleted account.

04Your subscription is separate

05What may be retained

• Trial-abuse hashes - if your account used its free trial, an anonymous, salted one-way hash of your account email and of your device's install identifier is retained solely to prevent repeated free trials. The hashes cannot be reversed and are not linked to any deleted content.
• Referral reward receipts - if you joined ZOR through another user's referral, the small reward record under that user's account (an account identifier and reward metadata only) is retained.
• Legal obligations - we may retain specific records where required by law (e.g. records of a prior legal request).
