Is ZOR actually personalised, or is it a template with my name on it?
Genuinely personalised. Your goals, body stats, diet, allergies, equipment, exercise dislikes and even your recovery data feed every generation. And it compounds: thumbs-up a meal, skip an exercise, or chat with the coach, and future plans shift accordingly. You can inspect what ZOR has learned about you anytime in Coach Memory.
Do I need an Apple Watch or fitness tracker?
No. ZOR works fully standalone. If you do connect Apple Health, the Recovery pillar of your ZOR Score comes alive - sleep, HRV and resting heart rate make workout adjustments smarter - but everything else works without it.
Do I need to enter payment details to try it?
No. Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with full access to every feature - no card, no commitment. One trial per person; when it ends, you choose whether to subscribe.
Is the AI advice safe to follow?
ZOR provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes - it is not medical advice, and it can make mistakes. Always consult a physician before starting a new diet or training program, especially with pre-existing conditions or injuries, and stop immediately if something hurts. What diets do you support?
Non-vegetarian, vegetarian, vegan, keto, halal, kosher, Jain and sugar-free - plus allergy handling on top of any of them. Meal generation also respects your preferred cuisine, ingredients on hand, cooking time, and whether you're cooking or eating out.
How do I cancel or delete my data?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account and can be cancelled anytime - you keep access until the period ends. Deleting your data is just as easy: Settings → About & Legal → Delete account permanently removes your account and all associated data. Details in our Privacy Policy.
